Father & Son

A young child walks over to his father and is trying to tell him something. The father hangs up his cell phone and wipes his hands across his face as if truly exhausted. The child looks at his father expectantly, but the man's head is down in his hands. In this moment I feel sorry for both father and child. But then I turn away and think to myself, "Why should I even care?"
